2009-03-11

2008-12-13

2008-12-12

2008-08-21
New version: Fixed the KX165 units (those in the SenecaII got updated). There seems to be some kind of bug in textranslate for the copilot - all instrument displays read '2' despite the properties driving the animation having the correct values.
2008-07-30
New version: Some bug fixes and enabled the AP buttons for the copilot.
2008-07-17
New version: Some bug fixes.
2008-03-27
New version with an improved TDM component.
2008-02-27
Nasal controlled views are now working again in FlightGear/CVS. No need for the patch anymore.
2008-02-23
Unfortunately it has turned out that the changes in FlightGear that enabled smooth Nasal controlled views attatched to AI/MP players (e.g. used by the copilot) partially breaks the ability to smoothly replay externally recorded flight data. To use the copilot view with a recent FlightGear/CVS you'll need to apply this patch. However, it will return replay of external data to a broken state again.
2008-02-13
New version: Some bug fixes for the copilot (solving among other things the blank screen on view reset problem).
2008-02-12
Moved the dual control stuff to this HTML page.

2007-12-08
Updated c172p-dual: Some minor updates in the dual control core.
2007-12-06
Updated c172p-dual: Shared ADF radio. (Note that full KR-87 functionality is not implemented yet.)
2007-12-04
Updated c172p-dual: Made the attitude indicator copilot enabled.
Note: The KX-165 Nav Comms have an annoying frequency display bug. I'll try to find a work around. (The bug is not dual control related.)
2007-12-01
Updated c172p-dual: Full radio and VOR sharing. Fair, even: the pilot has fast control over NavComm 1, while the copilot has fast control over NavComm 2. Added a non-shared 3d ADF radio and ADF indicator too for good measure. I'll make them shared later.
Updated c172p-dual: Switched to KX-165 Nav Comms in the radio stack, both fully shared. Moved instrument wrappers and generic "core" dual control modules to a separate directory.
2007-11-29
Updated c172p-dual: Fixed the broken copilot brakes. Further cleanup of the interface between generic dual control and the specific aircraft.
2007-11-19
NOTE: copilot brake control is broken at the moment. Will be fixed soon. Updated c172p-dual: Fixed a latency bug for shared radio ops. Changed nav radios to 3d and made Nav 1 shared. Fixed VOR indicators (but they are not properly shared yet). Added safety check to reject co/pilots using the wrong aircraft type.
2007-11-18
Updated c172p-dual: The Comm 1 radio is now shared. Changed to a 3d AP and VOR indicators (the latter work for the copilot too).
2007-11-17
Updated c172p-dual: The copilot now sees the pilot's radio settings.
2007-11-16
Updated c172p-dual: Internal clean up. Switched one NavCom to 3d Com.
2007-11-15
Updated c172p-dual: Shared cockpit switches (only FG/OSG) and internal code cleanup.
2007-11-14
Updated c172p-dual: Copilot differential braking, animation of cockpit switches and a splash screen image :)
2007-11-13
Updated c172p-dual: added a basic T (almost) for the copilot.
