Work in-progress Short S.23 C-class Empire Flying Boat for FlightGear

NOTE: The aircraft is available in FlightGear/git since 2010-08-02.
      Short_Empire_FG2.0.0.tar.gz is for FlightGear 2.0.0 but is
      at this time untested.
      It depends on the Boeing 314, Spitfire and Spitfire IX aircraft,
      so get those from http://www.flighgear.org first.
      There will probably be no further updates here.
